Please note that prices may vary depending upon scope of property and project. And prices will be discounted when multiple services are booked.

1 - 2,500 sq ft = $450
2,501 - 5,000 sq ft = $650
5,001 sq ft and up = *priced upon request
Drone photography can be worked into any package for an additional fee depending upon size and expanse of property.
Prices can vary for a local home in my neck of the woods and can be priced accordingly without adhering to the square footage pricing. For example: A house in Bozeman or nearby that is between 1 - 5,000 sq ft may only be $450-$500.

Travel is included within a 60 mile radius of my office location in Three Forks, MT. I am always up for an adventure, so anything exceeding the 60 mile radius, we can negotiate separately given the property's location.
Depending on the property and the look an agent is wanting to achieve for a luxury listing, a price will need to be negotiated. This would include additional lighting, props, means of getting to a specific place on the property, etc. Each job can vary due to each property having it's own uniqueness, therefore a custom quote can be provided when this arises.
